As Lead UX/UI Designer at Ubisoft Owlient, I led a team of 4 designers to elevate our design process.
My principal mission was to spearhead the migration from Photoshop to Sketch/Figma, enabling the creation of a Design System. This shift boosted production speed, streamlined developers' collaboration, and significantly reduced costs.
I also ensured quality assurance at every step and participated in a live production environment to maintain a seamless player experience.
